Administrator – Customer Service 100%

You will be responsible for the support and order processing of our national and international fleet customers. This varied and challenging position includes the following main tasks:

  • Telephone and written contact with customers, dealers and other service providers.
  • Preparation of offers and vehicle calculations
  • Preparation of vehicle orders up to the coordination of deliveries
  • Tracking, invoicing and evaluating existing/closed individual contracts
  • Preparing fleet analyses and reports, including recommendations for the attention of the customer.

We expect the following profile from you:

  • Completed commercial training
  • Work experience in the field of internal sales would be an advantage
  • Technical flair
  • Initiative, assertiveness and networked thinking
  • Very good knowledge of German and French, knowledge of English desirable
  • Experienced with the MS-Office palette
  • 20 – 30 years young
